👋 Hi, I’m Sergejs — a Senior UX/UI and Product Designer with over 10 years of experience. But before design, I spent a decade managing safety-critical systems in the public security and aviation sectors.
I specialize in transforming clunky, high-friction systems into intuitive digital products. What drives me isn’t just aesthetics — it’s helping people feel confident when interacting with technology.

I didn’t leave security because I stopped caring — I left because I wanted to solve problems in a better way. In 2013, I started studying design, taught myself HTML/CSS, and worked with a digital agency as a subcontractor. Later, I joined Accenture, where I gained hands-on experience designing for international clients across industries like healthcare, mobility, and fintech.
Since then, I’ve built a career centered around product thinking, systems design, and solving real user problems.
My background in law enforcement and aviation taught me to think in systems and handle pressure. Now I use that mindset to simplify complexity and design tools that help people focus on what matters.
Curiosity led me to study design, learn HTML/CSS, and dive deep into product thinking. What began as self-learning soon became a career — where every challenge is a chance to learn and improve something real.
What motivates me is removing friction, solving real user pain points, and creating experiences that make people feel confident, not confused. Good design should disappear into the background — and just work.
Running is more than a hobby for me. It’s how I recharge, clear my head, and get unstuck when facing tough design problems. I even took part in a Guinness World Record event where over 25,000 people ran a remote 10k in one day.
